SPRING GARDEN TO TABLE LUNCH

Slowing things down with a long, spring-inspired lunch, hosted supperclub-style on one big table. Chef Danilo has designed a four-course menu built around the best garden tastes and textures for spring — from crunchy new greens to sun-blushed fruit.

We start on the terrace with a welcome snack and first drink, weather permitting. Then we move indoors for a relaxed lunch that unfolds course by course, no rush. Main course paths are chosen at booking: fish, chicken or plant-based. Across the afternoon: a four-course drinks pairing - alcoholic or non-alcoholic - created to echo the food, with fruity botanicals and a bit of sparkle. Light conversation starters, a simple group activity, and a mini-gift to take home.
